Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up and you may have to postpone or cancel your appointment. If you give us less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to put another deposit down. If you have to cancel your appointment 24 hours before or less, you will have to compensate 50% of your booked session, in order to rebook. However, if you give us 48 hours notice - there will be no compensation needed. Your deposit will not expire and you are welcome to reschedule if need be, as many times as you need to.
